Job description: – Building and maintaining long-lasting, strong relationships with international-business customers, young start-ups while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs – Establishing and implementing monthly and quarterly sales objectives to ensure sales objectives of sales departments in 3 regions – Maintaining sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. As well as counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results in 3 regions – Managing business projects such as: provide telecommunications services projects, Cloud computing projects, Data transmission, and Internet services (FTTX Service, Internet Leased Line Service, Point to Point service, Local data transmission services,…) – Keeping updating and reporting the market and competitor situation
Candidate Requirements
– Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales capability development, especially having experience working closely with foreign customers – Good communication in English – Having experience in the electronics and telecommunications field, or Cloud computing and digital transmission consulting is a plus – Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, especially having wide networking in start-up network. – Highly motivated, energetic, enthusiastic, and negotiation skills as well as communication
