A reputable survey with 73,000 participants – marking the 12th year of the ranking announcement

This year’s rankings were compiled from the assessments of 73,000 participants, including more than 7,000 students, evaluating 650 enterprises across 18 key industries. The survey was conducted under the auspices of VCCI and verified by market research firm Intage Vietnam.

This is the 12th year the rankings have been published and the third year Anphabe has categorized results into Top 1, Top 10, Top 20, and Top 50 groups. This classification helps businesses clearly identify their position within the recruitment and workplace landscape.

According to Anphabe’s certification, in 2025 CMC achieved: Top 10 in the IT/Software & Application/E-commerce sector and Top 100 large enterprises in Vietnam. Notably, indicators from the Employer Brand Health Check 2025 show significant growth in awareness, favorability, and preference for CMC among IT talent.
