CMC Telecom has earned the Advanced Specialization in Data Analytics on Microsoft Azure

To be recognized at this level, CMC Telecom had to fully demonstrate its system of technical competencies, including a team of engineers holding advanced Azure certifications, proven capability in deploying large-scale data analytics projects, as well as meeting stringent requirements in architectural review, security, data integration, and the operation of analytics systems following Microsoft’s best practices. The company also had to undergo a third-party assessment—an independent process that verifies the entire project implementation workflow, technical accuracy, and compliance with Azure’s global standards.

In Vietnam, only four partners have achieved this certification level, two of which belong to CMC Technology Group: CMC Telecom and CMC TS. This highlights the leading position of CMC Telecom’s digital infrastructure service ecosystem in Connectivity, Cloud, Data, and Security, while affirming that Vietnamese engineers are fully capable of mastering advanced data solutions that meet international standards.

The Advanced Specialization – Data Analytics certification validates CMC Telecom’s comprehensive capabilities in consulting and deploying modern data platforms—from designing Data Platform architecture, building large-scale data storage systems, implementing ETL/ELT data integration and processing pipelines, to operating advanced analytics models using Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Databricks. These capabilities enable businesses to leverage data from diverse sources, perform deep analysis, and make faster, more accurate decisions, thereby enhancing competitiveness in an era of accelerated digital transformation.

Achieving this advanced certification not only affirms CMC Telecom’s technological strength but also opens new collaboration opportunities. The company becomes eligible for Microsoft’s financial support programs, particularly Microsoft MCI Funding—a budget that assists in implementing Data Platform projects for customers. CMC Telecom also becomes one of the few entities in Vietnam closer to Microsoft’s Managed Partner standard, a designation reserved for partners with superior deployment and operational capabilities.

From a market perspective, owning an Advanced Specialization helps CMC Telecom gain priority visibility when customers search for Microsoft partners in the Data Analytics domain. This provides a major competitive advantage, as global customers often require advanced certifications before allowing partners to participate in tenders or critical data projects. Microsoft will also prioritize referring customers with Data Analytics demands in Vietnam to CMC Telecom, helping the company expand client reach and take part in large-scale projects.
