On December 31, 2015, the State Securities Commission issued the Official Letter No. 8101 / UBCK-QLPH approving the registration documents of CMC Telecommunication Infrastructure Corporation.

Throughout the period of production and business, the number of shareholders of the company has changed. According to the list of shareholders of the Company by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center on May 27, 2016, the number of shareholders is 07 (seven) shareholders, so the Company no longer qualify as Public the public in accordance with the Securities Law.

According to the list of shareholders of the Company, which is held by the Vietnam Securities Depository Center on July 21, 1977, the number of shareholders is 7 (seven) shareholders. Within one year from the date the Company no longer satisfies the conditions as a public company, the Company has fulfilled its obligations to disclose information in accordance with regulations. On October 24, 1977, the SSC issued Official Letter No. 7135 / UBCK-GSDC approving the cancellation of public company registration for the Company from July 21,
