Samsung SDS will join the Board of Directors of CMC, share business strategies and build programs to promote mutual growth. In cooperation with Samsung SDS, CMC Group will have a resonance in technology strength and market potential, furthering the development in Southeast Asia market. Samsung SDS will also improve its position in the Vietnamese market by integrating the latest technologies and solutions into CMC’s business network.

Samsung SDS will cooperate with CMC to develop business in key technology fields including Smart Factory (Smart Factory), Information Security Solution (Security), Cloud Computing (Cloud), System Smart Building Management (Building Management System), IoT field and Office solutions and digital stores (Digital Signage & NexShop). The two sides continue to develop business areas related to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain and Big Data.
