Job description:
– Representing CMC Telecom to regularly interact and build relationships with customers to ensure project progress and quality of services provided to customers – Training requirements, evaluate services, unify the process of professional coordination with customers, resolve conflicts, grasp project plans to proactively prepare internal resources – Assessing Center’s responsiveness to new and difficult projects – Direct recruiting, training engineer, managing recruiting process – Coordinating projects for specialized groups – Report to Customer and Board of Directors of the Company on the activities
Job Requirement
– Having 1-2 years of experience in outsourcing project management (PMP certificate) – Having 3-4 years of management experience – Good at English (4 skills) – Having experience in technical fields: Systems/Cloud (System or Cloud experience is preferred)
