On the afternoon of August 30, 2024, at the Government Office, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired the conference “80 Years of Enterprises Accompanying the Nation.” This large-scale gathering saw the attendance of Mr. Do Van Chien, President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; Mr. Nguyen Hoa Binh, Standing Deputy Prime Minister; Deputy Prime Ministers; the Vice Chairman of the National Assembly; leaders of ministries and central agencies; representatives of VCCI; along with leaders of 60 state-owned corporations, 141 private enterprises, and 50 foreign-invested enterprises (FDI).
Amidst the nationwide celebrations leading up to the 80th National Day of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 – September 2, 2025), the event became an important forum affirming the vital role of the business community in the country’s development. A key highlight of the conference was the awarding of the Commemorative Medal for 80 Years of Enterprises Accompanying the Nation and the Prime Minister’s Certificate of Merit to outstanding enterprises that have made significant contributions to national growth, including CMC Corporation.

The moment Chairman Nguyen Trung Chinh, on behalf of nearly 6,000 employees in Vietnam and across the globe, received the Certificate of Merit was filled with emotion. It was not only an honor for CMC but also recognition of the company’s tireless efforts to affirm Vietnamese intelligence on the global technology map.
A Journey of Sustainable Growth
In Q1 of fiscal year 2025, CMC recorded estimated revenue of VND 2,210 billion, up 23% year-on-year; and pre-tax profit of VND 136 billion, up 21%. For the full fiscal year 2025 (ending March 31, 2026), CMC targets revenue of VND 9,828 billion (20% growth) and EBITDA of over VND 1,200 billion (20% growth). Amidst global economic fluctuations, these figures reflect stability and adaptability in the Group’s operations.
Beyond business performance, CMC has continuously been recognized by the market and society. For two consecutive years (2024–2025), CMC has been listed among the Top 50 Most Valuable Listed Companies in Vietnam by Forbes Vietnam – a testament to its financial strength, brand reputation, and long-term strategic vision.
The Achievements of Four Business Pillars
The Digital Infrastructure Business, anchored by the Tan Thuan Data Center, became the first in Vietnam to simultaneously achieve Level 4 National Information System Security Standard and Uptime Tier III certification (design, construction, and operation). It has also been honored with international awards such as the Asian Telecom Awards and Global Brand Awards. Particularly, CMC Cloud has been named among the Top 10 Outstanding Digital Products (2018–2024) and is positioned as a strategic mission to build a truly Vietnamese cloud platform. Recently, CMC Telecom was officially recognized as an Authorized MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider) Partner of Brandefense, a global leader in Threat Intelligence.
The Technology & Solutions Business, led by CMC TS, recorded revenue of over VND 4,000 billion in fiscal year 2024, with strong growth in both profit and market share. With more than 1,000 experts holding thousands of international certifications, CMC TS has been recognized among the Top 4 prestigious digital transformation enterprises (VNR 500) and the Top 10 Outstanding IT Companies (VINASA), while being honored by global giants such as Samsung, Palo Alto, and HPE.
The Global Business continued to expand its footprint with the establishment of CMC Korea, the opening of a third representative office in Tokyo, and its membership in the Japan Business Federation (Keidanren). In fiscal year 2024, the division upgraded to CMMI Level 5 and received prestigious international awards such as the Globee® Awards 2024 and Stevie® Awards 2025. A new milestone was reached in August 2025, when CMC Global became a Google Agentspace Partner for enterprise AI platforms and was selected as a Select Tier Partner in the Consulting & Systems Integration program of Databricks, the world’s leading data and AI company.
The Research & Education Division also witnessed significant progress. CMC University (CMC UNI) introduced an AI Training Assistant, raising the course pass rate to 84.6%, while student enrollment for the 2025 academic year grew by 85% compared to 2024. CMC ATI launched two new products – CMC AI Vision and CMC AIBOX – implemented numerous major projects, and earned both domestic and international awards. Notably, its CATI-VLM AI model was ranked 12th globally at the Robust Reading Competition (RRC) 2025, underscoring CMC’s position as a hub for research and applied innovation.
Strategic Projects – Foundations for the AI Era
In addition to business performance, CMC is accelerating with national-scale projects. On June 1, 2025, the Group broke ground on the CMC Creative Space Complex (CCS Hanoi) – envisioned as a hub for creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology community building. Less than a month later, on June 24, 2025, CMC received the investment license for the CMC Hyperscale Data Center in Ho Chi Minh City, valued at USD 250 million – a critical infrastructure project hailed as the “AI Heart” of the South.
Beyond infrastructure, CMC remains steadfast in pursuing two strategic missions: building the CMC Cloud – a Vietnamese cloud platform, and developing the C-OpenAI ecosystem. Most notably, on August 16, 2025, CMC officially announced the establishment of CMC OpenAI Company – a strategic milestone that positions Vietnam’s AI on the global stage with the philosophy of “openness – connectivity – knowledge sharing.”
National Pride on a Historic Occasion
At the ceremony, Chairman Nguyen Trung Chinh expressed:
“On behalf of nearly 6,000 CMCers in Vietnam and across the globe, I am truly honored that CMC has been awarded the Prime Minister’s Certificate of Merit on this special occasion – the 80th National Day. This is not only recognition of our tireless efforts but also a driving force for us to further affirm Vietnamese intelligence and contribute to building a strong and prosperous Vietnam in the AI era.”
